Mit unserer elektromechanischen Profilbiegemaschine Typ BO231 sind Sie für Ihre Fertigung optimal aufgestellt. Von manuell bis automatisiert bieten wir Ihnen die passende Steuerungslösung.

BO231

Ausführung und Leistung gemäß Prospekt mit maschineller Verstellung der Mittelwalze. Die Maschine ist in absolut bruchsicherer Stahlschweißkonstruktion hergestellt. Ein Fundament und eine Verankerung sind nicht erforderlich.

Alle Wellen und Achsen laufen in Wälzlagern und garantieren einen völlig geräuscharmen Lauf. Der Antrieb erfolgt durch einen Elektromotor, der über Drucktaster auf Vor- oder Rücklauf geschaltet wird. Dieser Motor treibt die beiden Seitenwalzen über ein Reduktionsgetriebe an, welches - vollständig geschlossen - im Ölbad läuft.

Die beiden Biegegeschwindigkeiten werden mittels eines Schalters über einen polumschaltbaren Motor oder stufenlos über einen Frequenzumformer (Option) erreicht.

Durch ein im Ölbad laufendes Getriebe wird die Verstellung der Mittelwalze mittels eines separaten, polumschaltbaren Motors vorgenommen.

Hier erfolgt eine Richtungsumkehr der Verstellbewegung der Geschwindigkeitsumstellung analog des Biegerollenantriebes.

Kompl. betriebsfertig inkl. elektrischer Ausrüstung für 380 V Betriebsspannung. Bei Vorliegen einer anderen Betriebsspannung bitten wir uns diese anzugeben.

Design and performance according to our catalog with automatic center-roll- movement. The machine is completely made of fabricated steel. You don't need a base with a stying.

All shafts and axes are mounted in a nearly noiseless anti-friction bearing and guarantee an operation with minimal sound. The drive is done by an electric motor which can be switched in forward or reverse position, due to push buttons. This motor drives both of the side rolls with a reduction transmission, which - when completely closed - runs in oil.

Both bending speeds are stepless variable with a frequency modulation.The reversion of the feed-direction is done by reversing the motor with push buttons.

The adjustment of the center-roll is driven by a two-speed-motor and a gearing running in oil.
For changing the direction please look at the bending drive.

Complete and ready to operate incl. electric equipment for 380 V operating voltage. Please inform us in case of another operating voltage.
